Cucumber Raita

  • 1 1/2 - 2 cups greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup peeled, diced cucumber
  • 1 or 2 pinches cumin
  • 1 or 2 pinches chili powder
  • paprika, to taste


Combine the first four ingredients in a bowl. Cover and chill until your meal is ready. Sprinkle paprika on top, just before serving.
