Instant Pot Recipe Roundup

I've had an electric pressure cooker for years but mine was the more basic model. No low pressure. No yogurt setting. Despite that, I still used it several times a week. Recently we purchased and ACTUAL Instant Pot, an 8 quart Duo. I still have my old 6 quart but instead of using the IP consistently, I've found myself using both pots, several times a week, often at the same time. I'm working on writing out some of my own recipes but these are some of my favorite recipes so far:

• cold start yogurt, made with prescription probiotics

• strawberry freezer jam

• French onion chicken

• Mississippi pot roast (the best roast I have ever eaten)

• rice

• spaghetti with meat sauce

• cheesecake

• shredded chicken for meal prep

• Indian butter chicken

• cashew chicken (made using the slow cook function)

• egg bites

• beef and broccoli (use 3 tsp. sesame oil, not 3 Tbsp.)

• baked potatoes

• ribs

• meatloaf and mashed potatoes ( I use my own meatloaf recipe with these instructions)

• dried beans

• eggroll in a bowl

• one pot shawarma

• corned beef and cabbage
