Shredded Chicken

This shredded chicken is super versatile and can be used in tacos, quesadillas, burritos, etc.


  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 can diced tomatoes
  • 1/2 large onion, diced
  • 2-4 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1/4 tsp. cumin
  • 1/4 tsp. oregano
  • 1/2 tsp. paprika
  • 1 small can diced green chiles, optional
  • 1-2 packets sazon seasoning
  • salt
  • pepper
Season chicken with salt and pepper. Place chicken and all other ingredients in crockpot and cook on low 4-6 hours, or high 2-4 hours or until chicken shreds easily.

Remove from crockpot and shred with forks, then add back into sauce to serve.


If you don't want to use the crockpot you can bake on 350* for 45 minutes
